We employ a thematic based approach to uncovering the most unique real estate opportunities. While we are generally agnostic with regards to region, though we do have particular access and focus in the Asia Pacific region.

At the core of our approach, is the identification of key thematics in markets we believe represent value which are overlooked by the general consensus, and therefore at near bottom cycle investment valuations. Due to this approach, it is not uncommon for us to be first movers, allowing us to capture the early upside in more niche opportunities before the remainder of the market.

We have multiple investment strategies that we utilise in order to generate value, however we most often employ the value add and optimisation strategies as these generate an attractive risk reward outcome, especially where we are able to repositioning an asset, in turn allowing us to enhance both cash flows as well as capital values.

We are active managers and identify and work closely with experienced on the ground teams. We only work with partners that have identifiable and superior execution capability, with a solid track record demonstrated over a long period of time.

Our management, team and partners on average have at least 20-30 years’ experience in their respective sector. We have found our combined active management while working with experienced partners, allows us to ensure alignment with our stakeholders and our long term desired outcomes.
